Bio

The NWA Collective is a NWA-based women and teenage led record label and music collective. We aim to promote, record, and connect bands and soloists under the age of 21 in NWA. The Collective currently includes The Misdemeanors, Jessi Morrison, Caroline Albertson, lilyanna, Trinity Ashlynn, and Liam Fast. In addition to the performers, we have a multitude of producers, audio engineers, designers, photographers, and videographers.

Milcah Hulen-Posnak made her start managing and playing guitar for The Misdemeanors in 2021, while still in high school. The Misdemeanors quickly gained a following which has led them into a blossoming music career in NWA. Soon after, many young artists became inspired to start their own music career, with the help of Milcah. Founded in 2021, the Collective is now a management label and recording studio with two locations, one outside of Fayetteville and one in Springdale.

The Collective provides services to performers including recording, live equipment, show management, and an already established eager community of supporters.

Collective community spaces include: the JWP Recording Studio (located in the Springdale Teen Action and Support Center) and a free Practice Room in the Fayetteville Folk School.
